About the role

The Project Director leads the strategic direction and oversight of several high‑value, complex projects, ensuring they align with the organisation’s objectives. This senior role combines governance, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, aligning them with organisational strategy.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes and decision‑making structures.
• Adapt methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) to address project complexity and drive efficiency.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Drive commercial performance, ensuring projects achieve targeted business benefits.
• Foster a culture focused on business outcomes and strategic alignment.
• Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, promoting best practices.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
