Project Engineer – BMS, ELV & M&E

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead BMS, ELV and M&E works across data‑centre and hospital projects in Singapore. You will be part of a senior team responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for mechanical, electrical and BMS systems.
• Assist the manager with project planning, budgeting, cost control and execution.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors for BMS installation.
• Supervise subcontractor teams to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Prepare site progress reports, method statements and other project documentation.
• Ensure timely handover while maintaining quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Maintain accessible installation drawings and review non‑conformities.
• Resolve technical issues during installation, commissioning and testing.
• Take responsibility for successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Open to candidates with less experience; training will be provided.
• Ability to provide work experience, current and expected salary, reason for leaving, availability date and education details.
