Project Engineer – Building Services

About the role

The Project Engineer (Building) will oversee building services projects from planning through handover, ensuring quality, risk and resource standards are met while managing project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, control and coordinate preventive, breakdown and A&A works for building services.
• Lead a team of supervisors and skilled workers to deliver tasks accurately and on time.
• Liaise with clients, managing agents and subcontractors to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track performance and provide timely reports to management.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, claims, invoices and final handover records.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Post‑graduate degree in Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or Project & Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance.
• Executive‑level experience in civil/construction/building services engineering.
• Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
• Self‑driven and motivated to deliver service excellence.
