Project Engineer – Construction Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in overseeing construction activities across our Singapore sites. You will help plan, implement and monitor work schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and conduct inspections.
• Prepare project documentation such as status reports, method statements and work procedures.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control project progress.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Address technical and engineering issues as they arise.
• Supervise ongoing site activities and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Enforce construction safety rules and regulations.
• Prepare and submit work and safety permits, as‑built documents and drawings.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant construction project experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
