Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to lead the execution of construction projects from site preparation through build‑out. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all works align with approved designs, and maintaining high standards of safety and sustainability on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction execution, including site preparation, build‑out, installation, and assembly of components and systems.
• Verify that construction activities conform to project drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports covering schedule, cost, and quality performance against contractual terms.
• Document action items and follow‑up tasks arising from project meetings.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with legislation, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing construction sites or projects.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with diverse engineering and construction teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site on a rotating shift schedule.
