Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves planning, coordinating and monitoring civil engineering projects from inception to hand‑over, ensuring compliance with quality, budget and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects.
• Perform overall quality control of work, including budget, claims, schedule, plans and personnel performance, and report regularly on project status.
• Ensure work complies with standards, regulations and safety guidelines.
• Liaise with consultants on technical issues and assist in site inspections and coordination.
• Coordinate hand‑over of completed works and manage necessary rectification works.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board.
• Proven experience in civil works.
• Decision‑making ability and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with project management software.
