Project Engineer – Junior Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring civil engineering projects across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects.
• Perform overall quality control of work, including budget, claims, schedule, plans, and personnel performance, and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Liaise with consultants on technical issues and assist in site inspections and coordination.
• Coordinate handover of completed works and manage necessary rectification tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board.
• Proven experience in civil works.
• Decision‑making ability and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with project management software.
