Project Executive (Campaigns & Visitor Engagement)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Executive to drive new visitor experience, marketing and partnership initiatives over the next 6‑12 months at the Chinatown Heritage Centre. You will coordinate campaigns, activations and content that increase awareness, footfall and visitor engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of campaigns, events and visitor activations, handling logistics, vendor liaison and on‑site operations.
• Assist marketing initiatives across social media, OTA platforms and partner channels, creating basic designs, photography, short‑form videos and simple campaign materials.
• Engage directly with visitors and partners, explaining activities, encouraging participation and gathering feedback.
• Collect and consolidate data for reporting, maintain project trackers, vendor quotations and other administrative documents.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, Events, Business, Design or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, events, tourism, hospitality, social media, content creation or project coordination.
• Comfortable with public‑facing work, including speaking to visitors and appearing in simple marketing videos.
• Strong organisational abilities and good written and verbal communication skills.
