Project Executive – Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Executive to lead installation projects from planning through to completion. The role involves on‑site coordination, quality monitoring and ensuring safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation‑related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Executive level experience in managing installation projects.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills to handle customer feedback and collaborate with sales teams.
