Project Executive – Park Enhancements

About the role

The Projects Executive will lead the execution of park enhancement projects, managing budgets, coordinating vendors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and prepare regular financial updates.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal business units to schedule and execute works.
• Conduct on‑site and off‑site inspections to verify compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
• Develop project plans, layouts and designs as requested by business units.
• Manage daily and nightly work schedules, equipment checks and material replenishment.
• Oversee procurement of signage, artworks and related collateral, including quotation, costing, fabrication and installation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
• Minimum of one year’s project management experience across multiple disciplines.
• Proven experience handling contracts and procurement processes.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, architectural and technical blueprints.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong internet research capabilities.
• Good understanding of paint systems and ability to recommend efficient actions.
• Comfortable working at height and on construction sites.
