Project Management Executive – Park Projects

About the role

The Projects Executive will lead the execution of park‑related construction and renovation projects. This permanent role involves budgeting, vendor coordination, on‑site inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, preparing regular financial updates.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants and internal business units to secure quotations, procure materials and manage contracts.
• Conduct on‑site and off‑site inspections to verify that works meet quality standards and government/building regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and daily/nightly work schedules.
• Oversee the design, layout and installation of signage, artworks and related collateral.
• Ensure safe and orderly execution of works, including protection, housekeeping and height‑work safety.
• Provide timely progress reports to supervisors and managers at each project stage.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of project management experience across construction or renovation disciplines.
• Experience handling contracts and procurement processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong internet research abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints and shop drawings.
• Good understanding of paint systems and recommendations for efficient application.
• Competence in overseeing construction/renovation projects from conception to completion.
• Comfort working at height.
