Project Management Intern - EPOS Rewards

About the role

EPOS, a point-of-sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Project Management Intern on its EPOS Rewards team. You will support the onboarding and success of SME merchants on a WhatsApp-integrated customer loyalty platform. The internship is based at the office in Singapore, with no work-from-home arrangement, and is open only to Singaporeans and PRs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of SME merchants, configure loyalty programme settings and coordinate with technical and sales teams for smooth go-lives
• Help merchants plan and run WhatsApp campaigns (promotions, reactivation offers, new product launches) and monitor metrics such as open rates, click rates, redemption rates and repeat visits
• Prepare simple performance reports showing ROI to merchants and proactively resolve merchant issues
• Gather merchant feedback, benchmark competitors' loyalty and WhatsApp CRM solutions, and help document new feature requirements
• Build and maintain SOPs, onboarding guides and training materials, and support data processing, reporting and admin tasks

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master's students; MBA students or outstanding final-year Bachelor's students preferred for the commercial track, technical graduates welcome for the technical track
• Fresh graduates welcome; 3 years of prior work experience preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Self-driven, able to manage own schedule and deliver results under pressure

Required skills

• Project management and client management, including negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management
• Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic data analysis)
• Presentation skills with PowerPoint / Slides
• Preferred: familiarity with Meta Business Portfolio, CRM, loyalty or marketing automation platforms, and basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business API
