Project Management Intern

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Project Management Intern in Singapore. The intern supports the coordination and tracking of client projects across multiple solutions, from documentation and meeting notes to weekly summaries and client case studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions so they are implemented smoothly and delivered on time.
• Support project tracking and monitoring by keeping project status, timelines and action items up to date in internal trackers.
• Attend client and internal meetings, take structured notes, summarise key discussions and track follow-up actions.
• Help prepare and standardise project documentation such as project scope, implementation plans and handover documents.
• Prepare weekly project summaries highlighting progress, risks and outstanding issues.
• Deliver case studies for key clients.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, operations or client-facing roles.
• Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
