Project Management Intern (Key Account)

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Project Management Intern focused on key accounts. The internship is based on site in Singapore and involves supporting client projects, tracking and documentation, and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions so they are implemented smoothly and delivered on time.
• Support project tracking and monitoring by keeping project status, timelines and action items up to date in internal trackers.
• Attend client and internal meetings, take structured notes, summarise key points and track follow-ups.
• Help prepare and standardise project documentation such as scope, implementation plans and handover documents.
• Prepare weekly project summaries covering progress, risks and outstanding issues.
• Deliver case studies for key clients.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, operations or client-facing roles.
• Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, as the role regularly involves Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
