Project Management Officer

About the role

The Project Management Officer will support the finance and contract management functions for IDC Technologies' Build and Operate platforms. Working closely with platform leads, managers and finance teams, you will ensure accurate tracking, reporting and compliance of project financials.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with platform leads to manage, track and report Build and Operate financials.
• Support charge‑out of development effort to projects and prepare resource supply & demand data.
• Extract, prepare and reconcile timesheet and monthly charge reports, raising discrepancies to project managers.
• Prepare supporting documents for Finance Fixed Asset team and manage capital expense charge‑outs.
• Process contracts timely, create purchase requisitions in Coupa, and ensure approvals and budget compliance.
• Track Master Service Agreement renewals and assist work managers with project documentation and reporting in GENELodgment.
• Submit accruals to Finance, support budget submissions for IBG & Future Ready platforms, and reconcile monthly GLAO.
• Provide data for management reporting on major projects and support strategy cost management tracking.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
• Fast learner who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong overall MS Office skills.
