Project Manager – Addition & Alteration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead addition & alteration, refurbishment and fit‑out projects across a large integrated resort in Singapore. Acting as the owner’s representative, you will manage projects from concept through handover while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of A&A, refurbishment and fit‑out projects.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage consultants, contractors and specialist vendors throughout design and construction.
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cost, progress, quality and programme, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee tendering, procurement and contract administration activities.
• Plan works within occupied, live environments in close collaboration with operations teams.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company safety standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, defect rectification and final handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an owner‑side or consultancy Project Manager delivering complex A&A, refurbishment or fit‑out projects in commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of coordinating multidisciplinary teams in live operational environments.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and able to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced setting.
