Project Manager – Aerospace

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex aerospace projects from inception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams at the client site, overseeing timelines, budgets and risk while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Drive ERP/MES implementation initiatives using Agile methodology.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality assurance teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
• Identify process gaps and work with SAP, MES and Smartshop teams to implement solutions.
• Lead change‑management activities, including communication plans and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as project plans, status reports and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in the aerospace or related high‑tech environment.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with change‑management and training delivery.
