Project Manager – AI / LLM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end technology projects focused on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Large Language Models. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, timelines and quality, and ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI/LLM projects from initiation through implementation and closure, defining scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, developers, architects and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog tracking and retrospectives to keep teams on schedule.
• Oversee testing, model validation, UAT, integration and production rollout, supporting post‑production improvements.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, risk registers and governance documentation for senior management.
• Support responsible AI practices, data privacy, security and compliance throughout the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects, preferably with AI, Generative AI or LLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, prompt engineering and AI application lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, manage risks and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

Required skills

• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini platforms.
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI agents.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master.
