Project Manager – Business Projects in Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects across multiple business functions within the financial services sector. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of migration and implementation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects across different business functions.
• Develop and execute migration and implementation plans.
• Coordinate project activities from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Data Governance stakeholders.
• Gather and validate business requirements with users and project teams.
• Translate requirements into clear project documentation and process flows.
• Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Identify project issues, dependencies and risks and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Support change management and business readiness activities.
• Coordinate and deliver training as part of project implementation where required.
• Prepare project updates and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Provide additional Business Support during peak periods and respond to changing business requirements.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary up to SGD 9,000.
• 22 days annual leave plus 1 birthday leave.
• Standard Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 am–6:00 pm).
• Hybrid work mode with one day per week remote.
