Project Manager – Capital Markets & Treasury Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations for capital markets and treasury solutions. The role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week) and an initial 12‑month contract that may be renewed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and govern financial software implementation projects from inception to delivery.
• Maintain full accountability for project outcomes, including client management and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Agile processes and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑facing solutions in the finance domain.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years as a Project Manager in delivery roles.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proven track record of delivering complex financial software implementations.
• Strong hands‑on implementation experience and ability to act as the lead PM, not in a support capacity.
• Mandarin speaking skills are required.
