Project Manager – Construction & Hotel Refurbishment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of construction, interior fit‑out, A&A and hotel refurbishment projects across Singapore. The role covers the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate projects from commencement to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programmes and site progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Supervise site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower and resources.
• Identify issues, delays and risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and Singapore regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, A&A, interior fit‑out or hotel refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with project scheduling software.
