Project Manager – Construction (Lift & Escalator)

About the role

Our client, an estate management services company in Singapore, is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects related to lifts and escalators. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, including on‑site teams and workforce, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within the approved budget and contractual scope.
• Monitor and control project costs, taking full accountability for financial performance and profitability.
• Prepare and submit project documentation such as progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad‑hoc reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Project Management or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in construction project management.
