Project Manager – Customer Success (Digital Banking)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead our Customer Success initiatives within the digital banking and payment space. You will drive end‑to‑end project delivery, coach cross‑functional teams, and ensure our solutions meet client expectations while aligning with ROECNY’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members, fostering agility and a positive mindset.
• Identify, track, and manage direct project costs with proper documentation and authorisations.
• Analyse market data to define ROECNY’s unique positioning and shape client‑focused product offerings.
• Lead the full business‑case lifecycle: need identification, option analysis, risk and financial evaluation, and stakeholder approval.
• Apply a structured project‑management approach to achieve milestones on schedule.
• Conduct gap analysis at each milestone of digital banking solution development.
• Anticipate and mitigate IT‑related risks for digital payment projects through robust controls.
• Negotiate and secure legally binding contracts with suppliers.
• Deliver compelling visual presentations of digital payment solutions to clients.
• Resolve implementation challenges using innovative design approaches and justify creative solutions.
• Perform SWOT analysis of industry innovations to enhance our digital banking offerings.
• Assess development opportunities aligned with evolving client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Allocate resources efficiently across project milestones and waypoints.
