Project Manager - Fit-Out & Development

About the role

JLL's Project & Development Services team is hiring a Project Manager in Singapore. You will work alongside project teams to support the delivery of workplace and commercial fit-out projects, from planning through completion, across Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial and Corporate Workplace environments. The role covers fit-outs, refurbishments, reinstatement works and operational project environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple ongoing projects at various stages and coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, landlords and stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, scheduling and reporting activities.
• Coordinate tender and procurement activities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines and documentation.
• Manage stakeholder meetings and project updates, and support contractor and consultant coordination.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Prior exposure within project management, fit-out, construction, consultancy or contractor environments.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field and/or experience in project delivery, construction, interiors, facilities or built-environment fields.
• Experience in workplace, commercial office fit-out, refurbishment or operational projects is beneficial; exposure to stakeholder management, procurement, reporting and contractor coordination is also valuable.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and project teams, a structured and organized approach, and comfort managing multiple concurrent activities and deadlines.
• Business-aware, detail-oriented, and able to support project governance and collaborate across teams.
