Project Manager - GRC

About the role

Billigence, a provider of business intelligence and CRM solutions, is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and work alongside one of its clients. The role is based in Singapore and requires onsite presence five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all projects on time, within scope and within budget
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs, and measure performance with appropriate tools
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Maintain relationships with third parties and vendors, and create and keep up-to-date project documentation

Required profile

• Currently based in Singapore and willing to work onsite five days a week
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
• Ideal project management experience, including managing governance, risk and compliance (GRC) projects
