Project Manager

About the role

Encora is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑line initiatives within its banking and AML technology portfolio. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering results on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing resources, budgets, risks, issues and change.
• Maintain stakeholder expectations through governance processes and executive‑level communication.
• Provide regular status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of project teams and steering committees.
• Understand and manage interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
• Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, quality standards and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in information technology.
• Proven project management experience in the AML domain.
• At least 10 years of banking experience.
