Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of both local and international projects for Janice Wong Singapore. The role is based in Singapore and involves regular travel to overseas project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, schedule and monitor projects from initiation through implementation and post-project evaluation.
• Coordinate timelines across multiple markets and time zones, aligning internal teams and external partners.
• Manage resources, track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Expedite orders and materials, oversee cross-border logistics and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Hospitality or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project management experience including planning, scheduling, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple locations, preferably with international or cross-border components.
• Experience in expediting, logistics management and quality control within F&B, hospitality or creative sectors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
