Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT system implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. The role involves coordinating across technical, infrastructure, and vendor teams while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, and coordination for smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Drive end‑to‑end system implementation, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and go‑live.
• Track and manage project risks, issues (Sev 1/Sev 2), and dependencies.
• Coordinate infrastructure, system, and application teams during execution.
• Prepare and present project status reports with risk and issue updates.
• Facilitate meetings, solution walkthroughs, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Work with operations for handover and post‑go‑live support readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably with exposure to project coordination or delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with system implementation phases such as SIT, UAT, and go‑live support.
• Basic experience in requirements gathering or business analysis is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL or project governance practices is advantageous.
