Project Manager

About the role

Encora is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead banking‑related technology and operational initiatives in Singapore. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery, stakeholder coordination, and governance across strategic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder Relationship Management – act as a trusted advisor, manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and scope changes while fostering collaboration.
• Project Management – own overall delivery of quality, scope, and budget; develop and execute the comprehensive project plan.
• Scope Management – control changes to the agreed scope, assess impact on timeline and cost, and secure approvals from the Project Steering Committee.
• Project Governance – prepare investment approval decks, coordinate project planning, and facilitate steering committee and working level meetings.
• Risk and Issue Management – anticipate, capture, track, and resolve project‑level risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Implementation Management – create an implementation plan with inputs from technology, business, operations, and regulators, and coordinate execution.
• Process Adherence – partner with stakeholders to ensure IT governance is followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Reporting – measure, monitor, and report progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong business domain knowledge in Risk Management, CRS, FATCA, PDPA, and HR.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or equivalent.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, strategic thinking, and excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in scoping, evaluation, change management, and project management principles.
