• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and sponsors, conducting progress reviews and providing transparent status reporting.
• Manage change requests, track baseline metrics, and mitigate delivery and architectural risks early.
• Adapt delivery cadence to strict compliance standards for public‑sector clients while maintaining speed for entrepreneur‑led projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end software development or IT projects.
• Strong command of project timelines, scope, budgets, and risk registers.
• Confidence presenting and negotiating directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Solid experience running Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bonus: experience in Banking, Finance, Government/Public Sector, or compliance‑heavy environments; PMP, PMI‑ACP, or CSM certifications.

What we offer

• High‑impact portfolio with large‑scale, high‑visibility solutions for regional clients.
• Competitive compensation package with performance bonuses and regular merit reviews.
• Collaborative, transparent engineering culture that prioritises quality at every stage.
