Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

About the role

The Project Manager Consultant will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an Alumni System built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Pages. Acting as the main liaison between business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, the role ensures the project is delivered on scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers and issue logs.
• Monitor progress, provide weekly status reports and manage scope, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate stakeholder workshops, communication plans and escalation processes.
• Oversee solution deployment, integration with student systems and ensure architecture meets security standards.
• Manage data migration, SIT, UAT, security testing and production readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with RP policies, IM8 requirements and ICT governance.
• Lead post‑go‑live support, warranty activities and handover to operations.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certification a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise IT project management experience, including at least 5 years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights implementations and data migration.
• Experience in higher education, public sector or large enterprise environments is preferred.
