Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Rimes is looking for a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of client implementation projects. You will translate agreed scope into executable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning, governance, and documentation, including scope, timeline, resources, milestones, and risk logs.
• Manage scope changes through a formal change‑control process and protect project budget and schedule.
• Provide regular RAG status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation of risks or issues.
• Coordinate delivery teams (Solution Consultants, Engineers, Test Analysts, Content) through design, configuration, data onboarding, testing, UAT, and production rollout.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools for planning, reporting, and risk tracking.

Required profile

• Solid working knowledge of project management methodology, preferably with PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering client‑facing implementation projects in technology, financial services or data‑management environments.
