Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead property development initiatives in Singapore. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required scope, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal project managers, vendors, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, from tendering to contract approval.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, overseeing reallocations, change orders, and forecasts.
• Lead regular project meetings, document tasks, and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
• Coordinate submissions to relevant Singapore authorities and expedite approvals when needed.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and communicate issues and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in property development with strong knowledge of Singapore regulations.
• Architectural background is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local codes, authority submissions, and property development procedures.
