Project Manager – Robotics & AI Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary robotics and AI projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across different offices and time zones, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and timely updates to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of specialized robot services, aligning with business objectives.
• Break down ambiguous problems into clear goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI and robotics projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Gantt charts, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure project alignment.
• Work with sales to translate customer requirements into project proposals.
• Implement agile project management practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading robotics‑related projects.
• Proven ability to design products or services in an operations‑focused environment.
• Experience driving process improvements and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Background working with customer support, engineering, and enablement teams.
