Project Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunication projects across Singapore. You will coordinate site surveys, manage subcontractors, and ensure seamless handovers to clients while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, pre‑construction surveys, and inspections to verify project readiness and compliance.
• Assign work sites to subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain strong contractor relationships.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for client communication and project planning.
• Liaise with authorities such as HDB, LTA, and private building owners to secure approvals and coordinate requirements.
• Procure materials and equipment, coordinate on‑site activities, and provide technical support to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project records, as‑built documentation, and ensure site quality standards are met.
• Attend weekly/bi‑weekly meetings, update clients on site status, and manage team members and task assignments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunication sector.
• Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
