Project Officer – Intelligent Manufacturing

About the role

The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at NTU conducts cutting‑edge research in industrial AI and advanced manufacturing. The Project Officer will lead research projects, develop novel AI methods, and support the research group’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project performance and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop novel AI methods for industrial applications.
• Gather and formalise domain knowledge from manufacturing contexts.
• Write research documentation, ideas and peer‑reviewed publications.
• Mentor students and researchers while shaping a long‑term research agenda.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent advanced research experience.
• Practical experience and deep domain knowledge in Industrial AI sectors.
• Position based on‑site in Singapore.
