Project & Program Manager, Workplace Design & Construction

About the role

This 1‑year contract position supports the delivery of workplace design and construction projects across the APAC property portfolio of a leading global technology company. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating with architects, design teams, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to move projects from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects, including provisioning of project management tools, establishing governance frameworks, and optimizing schedules and budgets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and proactively monitor timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison for design teams, architects, third‑party contractors and internal partners.
• Collaborate with finance to manage cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting and close‑out documentation.
• Work closely with legal to ensure contracts align with project milestones and delivery requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in workplace design and construction within a technology or software environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of the full project lifecycle: initiation, scheduling, design, construction and contract review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for global, cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with excellent time‑management.
