Property Officer

About the role

The Property Officer will oversee day‑to‑day operations of buildings and condominiums across Singapore, ensuring that all contractual and routine services are performed in line with agreements. You will act as a liaison between residents, owners, and service providers to maintain a safe and well‑managed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily building and condominium operations, guaranteeing compliance with contract terms.
• Coordinate project work in common areas and schedule testing for building certificates and licence renewals.
• Manage upkeep activities for the site/estate, addressing resident and owner complaints promptly.
• Prepare reports and minutes for council and general meetings, and follow up on meeting directives.
• Assist the Condominium Manager with administrative tasks such as mandate changes for financial accounts and reviewing contracts, agreements, and insurance policies before expiry.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in facilities or property management.
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or a Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the Building (Strata Management) Act is an advantage.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, mature and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building contracts and routine service management.
• Understanding of certification and licence renewal processes.
• Proficiency in preparing management reports and meeting documentation.
