Psychologist (Clinical & Neuropsychology)

About the role

SingHealth is hiring a psychologist to join a multi-disciplinary team and provide psychological services in clinical psychology, neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation. The role also involves educating patients and supporting them and their caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychological services in clinical psychology, neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation, and educate patients.
• Develop, maintain and update protocols for psychological evaluation, interventions and counselling.
• Coordinate and deliver programmes for patients and their caregivers, including education about the impairment or illness and counselling and rehabilitative services.

Required profile

• Recognized Master's degree in Clinical or Neuropsychology under the SingHealth Psychologist Competency Framework, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with adults, including the geriatric population.
• Previous experience with neurological and neurosurgical patients is an advantage; rehabilitation exposure is favourable.
• Able to work both in teams and independently.
