Public Relations Associate Account Manager

About the role

Upcycle Communications is looking for a motivated Public Relations Associate Account Manager to join its hybrid team in Singapore. You will act as the day‑to‑day liaison for clients, nurture media and influencer relationships, and support junior colleagues while delivering integrated PR campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team workload, coordinate internal and client meetings, and flag issues with solutions.
• Maintain smooth client campaign execution, review reports, and support senior managers in strategy.
• Build and sustain a network of local and regional media and influencer contacts, proactively pitch stories and secure coverage.
• Conduct media monitoring, oversee campaign delivery against KPIs, and prepare proposals or presentations.
• Organise weekly meetings, keep trackers up to date, and contribute to company‑wide activities and events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of agency‑side public relations experience in Singapore.
• Established relationships with media and influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects, often with competing priorities.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who stays current with industry trends.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and collaborative.
