Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the role

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will act as the primary liaison between CCECC Singapore and various stakeholders, including government agencies, residents, and contractors. This role ensures smooth communication and resolves public‑relation issues that arise during project execution across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve all public‑relation issues arising from projects.
• Manage and respond to public or resident complaints, enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Liaise with government bodies and stakeholders such as JTC, LTA, HDB, Town Council, consultants, and contractors.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings and site walk‑abouts.
• Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly reports.
• Assist clients in running public‑relation programmes, especially during festive seasons.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant site experience, with at least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
