Purchaser

About the role

The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and buying construction, maintenance, repair and handyman‑related materials, tools and equipment. The role requires managing quotations, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to support project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with project/site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and source new ones as needed.
• Ensure purchases stay within allocated project budgets and handle all purchasing documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in construction, building or renovation.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers and market pricing.
• Strong negotiation and quotation comparison abilities.
• Effective coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchase requests.

What we offer

• 5‑20% performance‑related pay (PRP) per month.
• 2% medical pay per month.
