Purchasing Coordinator – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, bilingual Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The role links internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring goods and materials are sourced, ordered, and delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management – process and track purchase orders from request to delivery.
• Inventory & Order Tracking – monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – liaise between inventory, finance, logistics, and vendors.
• Data Integrity – maintain accurate records, pricing sheets, and supplier documentation in ERP systems.
• Invoice Reconciliation – verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving logs, resolving discrepancies quickly.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or coordination (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication with suppliers and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP (preferred).
