About the role
The QA Compliance Auditor ensures that all operational activities adhere to established SOPs and regulatory standards across multiple business areas. This role involves conducting audits, leading inspections, and delivering training to promote continuous compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Verify compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations such as GCP, GMP, and GLP.
- Perform study protocol, report/data, and in‑lab phase audits for various business units.
- Lead internal and external facility/process inspections and supplemental audits.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve compliance and quality systems.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on audit procedures and compliance expectations.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation and follow‑up on corrective actions.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures and regulatory frameworks (GCP, GMP, GLP).
- Proven ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections independently.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and train staff.
