QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our gaming platform. You will collaborate closely with engineers to understand new features, identify risks, and create robust automated tests for our backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Test backend services, including API, performance, and stability testing.
• Own test automation, translating feature specifications into reliable API and integration tests integrated into CI pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools to write and improve tests, generate test data, review code, analyze logs, and troubleshoot failures.
• Maintain and enhance test environments, test data, mocks, and related tooling.
• Investigate bugs with engineers, support releases, and continuously improve testing strategy and quality engineering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• More than 1 year of experience in backend testing, test automation, or quality engineering.
• Strong coding ability in at least one language, preferably TypeScript or Python.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the development or testing workflow.
• Familiarity with SQL, ELK, Redis, caching systems, CI/CD pipelines, and common backend infrastructure.
• Interest in games and commitment to delivering a great player experience.

Required skills

• TypeScript or Python programming.
• API testing and test automation frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Pytest.
• Use of AI‑assisted development tools.
• SQL, ELK stack, Redis, and caching technologies.
• CI/CD pipeline integration.
