QA Lead – Automation & Integration Testing

About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to own and drive the test automation strategy for web and mobile applications in the Ang Mo Kio area. The role involves working closely with customers, development and DevOps teams to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium (web) and Appium (mobile).
• Test applications deployed on Kubernetes or OpenShift, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance.
• Create and manage mock servers with tools such as Postman to simulate external systems.
• Plan and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post‑commissioning support.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Lead a small QA team, promote best practices and track defects using Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven expertise with Selenium for web testing and Appium for mobile testing.
• Experience testing applications on Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Hands‑on experience creating mock servers or using Postman Mock Server.
• Good understanding of CI/CD workflows and API testing using tools like Postman.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
