QA Manager / Senior Quality Manager

About the role

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned QA Manager to lead its quality and food safety strategy across a dairy manufacturing operation in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with international and local standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site quality and food safety strategy to meet FSSC/ISO 22000, MUIS Halal, SFA/export, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coach the QA/QC team, collaborating with Production, Warehouse, R&D and Finance.
• Own and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System, including SOPs, HACCP, hazard assessments, validation and verification.
• Ensure robust GMP, hygiene, allergen control, food defense and food fraud measures.
• Lead internal and external audits, act as primary audit contact and close non‑conformities (CAPA) on time.
• Plan and conduct routine inspections and internal audits for production, storage and external areas.
• Oversee laboratory and monitoring programs, manage OOS results and optimise testing costs.
• Lead food safety incident investigations, recall exercises and maintain traceability readiness.
• Drive cost control and continuous improvement by monitoring quality costs and reducing defects.
• Plan and deliver training for QA/QC and Production, maintaining competency records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field.
• Certified internal auditor for FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC or food safety experience in food manufacturing with FSSC/ISO systems.
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and MUIS Halal.
• Hands‑on experience in audits, inspections, compliance, incident/recall handling and training.
