QA Technician – Rifle Range (Bukit Timah)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent QA Technician to perform dimensional and visual inspections on explosive and incoming components at our Rifle Range facility in Bukit Timah. You will support quality assurance activities, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using approved gauges and inspection tools.
• Collect and prepare samples for testing and inspection activities.
• Operate and support QA measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Perform cleaning, basic upkeep, and preventive maintenance of gauges, tools, and fixtures.
• Assist in packing ammunition components for onward processing.
• Label, pack, and palletize parts, cartons, and pallets according to procedures.
• Handle and shift parts and equipment using pallet jacks and trolleys.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, security requirements, and EHS regulations.
• Record accurate inspection results, reports, and quality documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering, Quality or a related field (preferred).
• Good understanding of technical drawings and ability to interpret specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with gauges and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and inspection procedures.
• Strong teamwork ability and adherence to standard operating procedures.
