QA/QC Manager - MRT Infrastructure Project

About the role

Citadel Search is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control processes on a major MRT infrastructure project. The role ensures that all construction activities, materials and processes comply with LTA specifications and contractual quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute quality assurance strategies aligned with LTA standards and contractual obligations
• Supervise quality control for precast segment production and installation, including on-site and yard inspections
• Manage material submission and approval for TBM-related works and cross passage tunnel construction
• Ensure segment traceability through the TEMS system and compliance with approved method statements
• Perform internal audits and support follow-up to external audits
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), including corrective and preventive actions
• Compile and submit monthly quality performance reports to headquarters and regulators
• Train site workers on segment repairs and gasket installation
• Take part in progress review meetings with LTA and stakeholders daily, weekly and monthly

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 8 years of quality management experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects
• In-depth knowledge of LTA requirements, quality documentation and inspection processes
• Strong communication and technical reporting abilities
