QC Technician – Precision Inspection Role

About the role

We are looking for a junior QC Technician to carry out in‑process, final and incoming inspections of precision parts at our Tampines facility. You will ensure that all components meet engineering drawings and customer specifications while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑process, final and incoming inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and CMM machines.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Record inspection results accurately on quality forms and maintain traceable documentation.
• Detect, report and help investigate non‑conformities, supporting root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Adhere to quality procedures, work instructions and safety standards throughout production.
• Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in quality control or inspection.
• Mechanical engineering background preferred.
